The silent spectator

The most frustrating moments in life are when you are left helpless. Not because you are weak or incapable. But because you are not at the right place, at the right time to do something about the situation which is irking you.

You want to give everything you have, everything you possess and everything you are, just to make it all okay. Because no matter what, this little dilemma bothering you will not let you sleep at night. It won't go away like all the other times you've been the silent spectator witnessing someone else's suffering. It will engulf your every second in a faint, nudging sort of ache.

You'll try to forget about it. You'll try to engage yourself in something you enjoy. You'll be completely and blissfully happy with your life. And yet, secret midnight tears will streak your pillow. Because you are helpless. And this time, the one suffering is one of your own.

A few things about myself? 

1. I like looking at desserts. Just looking, not tasting. Okay maybe tasting, just one little bite. But never the whole thing. It's weird.

2. The two movies I was dying to watch in theaters, I could not. HP7 and POC4.

3. I've realized the sarcasm in my articles will give me the image of a hardcore new bitch-on-the-block. I mulled over the idea of abandoning them. And then I was like, choro. A bitchy public image would be an experience. Lettuce C how it works out.

Next- I have to award this award to some other bloggers? Okay. First I'd like to give it to Tazeen at Crimson Sky, just because she writes so well. Her words are flowy and beautiful, and will whisk you away to another place for a bit.

Second, I'd like to give it to haya zaidi at IFLIKYWETDTW. Hello Haya, I like stalking your blog. Sadly, you don't have any way on your blog through which I could tell you this.

So I guess I can give it to one more person? Okay.
